AxisVM
AxisVM is a high productivity finite element analysis software
tool for civil engineers. Due to it's extensive analysis capabilities (designed
for use by civil engineers), AxisVM (and it's predecessor, Axis-3D) proved to be
successful applied in design of projects ranging from world-class international
airports to design of steel microwave towers, from mega shopping malls to school
gymnasiums, from showrooms and theaters to municipal water tanks, even
underground structures.
Performs static, vibration and buckling analysis of 3D bar, membrane, plate, and
shell structures. Enables use of an unlimited number of nodes and unlimited
number of elements that can freely be combined in a model.
An advanced graphical user
interface lets structural and civil engineers work in the design type
environment found in architectural software. Users
can import existing CAD geometry or parts to define the finite element model. The
engineer can edit the model using the simple
toolbar, dialog boxes and menu functions and commands available in the
Visual Modeling environment.
The AxisVM's user interface provides graphic,
numerical and tabular results which can be saved, printed or combined into user
defined reports.
Program and User’s Manual are available in English, German, Spanish, Hungarian,
Dutch, Italian, Romanian, and French.
