INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1.
Fill in the form with accurate data and click the Send button.

Step 2.
You will receive an email with the download link.

Step 3.
Download and install the Rapido Trial version with following the steps of Installation Wizard.

Step 4.
After completing the installation, launch Rapido, choose Trial License and fill in the registration form.

Step 5. Send the registration email to us. It needed to enclose the HWIDxxx.txt file because the license file is generated on the base of the text file. In most cases, within two workdays you will get a reply with an attached license file (Key.lic). Please, also check our reply in your spam folder. If there is noreply within 2 working days, please notify us on .

Step 6.
Copy this license file to the same folder where Rapido is installed. File name has to be exactly “Key.lic”

Step 7.
After the steps above, the trial version can be started.

TROUBLESHOOTING

  • due to possible conflicts with file access rights, it is recommended that you avoid installing Rapido under the Program Files (or Program Files (x86)) folder.
  • be sure to check that the “key.lic” file is copied to the actual application folder.
  • be sure to check that the date is set correctly on the computer. Changing the date and time on your computer can cause problems
  • if Rapido runs but displays only the registration form, check if the HardwareID on the registration form matches the HardwareID listed in the reply to your registration email. If your HardwareID has changed please submit a new registration form.
  • if you get an error message when starting Rapido, right click on the program shortcut or the RapidoBeam.exe file, and click “Run as administrator” in the popup menu.
